Return policy

If you want to return your order for any reason, we're here to help!

To initiate the return process, you must contact us by email at info@gtmproaudio.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and attach your invoice.

You can return your product and get:

• A reusable credit for future new purchases or;

• An exchange for a different product, at an equivalent or higher price with an outlay covering the difference.

Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our return policy:

• Returned items must bear their labels and be in their original packaging;

• Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use.

• Items sold in promotion, will not be taken back.

Additional information :

• Credit will be applied upon receipt of returned merchandise;

• The exchange will be made following receipt of the returned merchandise;

• The costs of returning by a carrier will be at your expense, unless you bring the goods yourself directly to our business;

• Handling, re-stocking and depreciation charges of 20% of the value of the products may be charged.
